Meet our Executive Chef
Meet our Executive Chef, Angela Varner. Angela comes from a history of culinary experience and a passion for food.
Chef Angela graduated from Northern Michigan University in 2002 with a Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management. From there, she became a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. After working at Externship Dessert Mountain Steak House in Arizona, Chef worked under restaurateur and celebrity chef, Todd English, at Olives restaurant inside the Bellagio Resort in Las Vegas. After spending time learning from other restaurant owners, Angela decided it was time to start her own restaurant in Seattle, Washington. Recently, she has moved back to the area and has put her own flavor into Harley's Restaurant and Lounge!
